BEHIND THE SCENES: Documentary Production Management SHORT COURSE
Thursday 4, Friday 5 & Saturday 6 June, 10am - 4pm
Supported by Screenwest and the Western Australian Government through the Workshops and Masterclasses Fund,
Film Camp is seeking applications for a 3-day intensive course “Behind the Scenes: Managing Documentary Production”.
Designed for Western Australian production crew who are set to move into a Documentary Production Manager or similar role, this collaborative Workshop aims to provide participants with a clear understanding of how to manage documentary productions professionally. It will provide participants with adaptable tools they can immediately apply to real projects, and provide increased confidence working behind the scenes.
The sessions are led by documentary producer Philippa Campey of Film Camp and include guest speakers who are active production managers in WA.
We are committed to reflecting the broad diversity of Western Australia’s production community. We encourage applications from First Nations Australians and people from historically under-represented groups, and applicants from any part of WA. Regional-based practitioners will have the opportunity to attend remotely.
Places are limited to around 10 - 15 people to ensure optimal learning outcomes and engagement for all participants. For more information please contact info@filmcamp.com.au
