Established in 2004, Film Camp is renowned for producing compelling and entertaining world-class films and television shows that resonate socially.

Film Camp has produced many critically acclaimed and commercially successful feature documentaries including BRAZEN HUSSIES, PALAZZO DI COZZO, THE LEUNIG FRAGMENTS, NO TIME FOR QUIET, BASTARDY, and MURUNDAK: SONGS OF FREEDOM. 

Film Camp is currently releasing theatrical docs ANONYMOUS CLUB and REWARDS FOR THE TRIBE, while also developing a slate of feature and series drama.

PHILIPPA CAMPEY – COMPANY DIRECTOR

Philippa Campey co-produced the Logie-nominated television series TURN UP THE VOLUME (ABC) in 2023 alongside theatrical doc ANONYMOUS CLUB. Her debut feature drama GALORE premiered at Berlinale 2014 and her documentary with Kitty Green THE FACE OF UKRAINE: CASTING OKSANA BAIUL won the Short Film Jury Prize at Sundance 2015 while her debut short CLARA won the Jury Special Mention in Cannes 2005. 

Her other films have won awards at AFI Fest, VRDays, Thessaloniki, FIFO and Seminci Valladolid, and have screened at over 100 festivals in the world including Venice, Sundance, Cannes, Telluride, Hot Docs, SXSW, True/False, BFI London, Melbourne, Sydney and Sheffield Doc/Fest.

Philippa was awarded SPA's Independent Documentary Producer of the Year (2008); Film Victoria's Greg Tepper Award (2009); and is an inaugural recipient of Film Victoria's Natalie Miller Fellowship Women in Leadership (2016). She is an external assessor for various state agencies and regularly a juror for the AACTA Awards and other Festivals.

MOLLY O’CONNOR - PRODUCER

Molly O'Connor is an emerging producer, coming from a visual arts background she began working in film in 2014 and has since gained production experience across theatrical, broadcast and online projects. 

In 2018 Molly produced the short documentary RUNNING 62 (Adelaide Film Fest, St. Kilda Film Fest) with emerging director Zibeon Fielding and RUNNING 62: THE ARRIVAL (Adelaide Film Fest Investment Fund) an accompanying VR documentary, directed by award-winning documentary director Madeleine Parry.  In 2019 Molly was Assistant Producer on feature documentary ​TELEVISION EVENT, selected for the 2020 Tribeca Film Festival. Most recently Molly produced INCONCEIVABLE, a half hour documentary for ABC’s Compass program and BIOPIC, artist Madison Bycroft’s micro-budget, experimental feature film, commissioned by the South Australian Film Corporation and Samstag Museum.

 In 2021 Molly joined the team at Film Camp as a recipient of Screen Australia's Enterprise People Program, working across our slate of documentary and narrative projects. Molly was also recently selected as a 2021 Screen Producers Australia Ones to Watch and in 2023 Molly is one of VicScreen’s inaugural Originate Factual participants.
